What’s the legal and best way to validate if someone is a US citizen or Green Card holder?
Is there any other ways before offer is extended, to know that person is a real US citizen or a green card holder? You can ask during the screening, but people lie. Don’t want to involve legal department ;)

What will happen to my PTO when I leave the job?
I am about to leave the company. If I have 2 weeks worth of PTO this year, will it be paid just as if I worked 2 more weeks with my current pay rate?
