Please help me improve my Maralena deck.
Hey guys, I have built my second commander deck lead by Maralen, Fae Ascendant. My goal is a wide board focused around elves with the occasional faerie and some cards that help me steal more and benefit from that.
I try to build around the power level of bracket 3 since my pod has pretty solid decks because they play magic for a long time but we keep it light on the GCs.
I have put a bunch of removal for disruption and protection spells in the deck cause my pod really don't like having their cards taken away.
Every time I played this deck i felt like my early game was lacking so i couldn't keep up with my opponents during midgame where my deck accelerates because of a high elf count through tokens. Alternatively I have a bunch that gives my elves +1/+1 counts so even when my commander is shut down i can still make an impact in being aggressive.
Please give me ideas of what cards are unnecessary for my gameplan and what cards i could add to make the deck feel more round. I tried to stay away from the faeries cause i wanna focus on elves and they pretty expensive but i am open for ideas.
