Last two months my dad had a heart attack so nag struggle kami financially and wala nako natira na maintaining balance. And now na naka ipon2 na ako plan ko sana lagyan ulit savings account ko. But when I tried opening my online account it says “Access not yet activated”. Does this mean na close account ko or need ko lang po e reactivate, or does this connect to the down system lately? pls do comment if what should i do, should I visit bpi branch open tom? put the maintain balance ti reactivate? Tips po huhuh, gladly appreciate po in advance:))
