Hey everyone,

My Amazfit Balance started having issues just a few months after I got it.

The battery, which is supposed to last up to 14 days, now doesn’t even last a full day. Normal use, nothing unusual.

I contacted support and did a reset, but it actually got worse. Now it won’t connect to the Zepp app and doesn’t even turn on.

I’ve seen other people reporting similar issues.

Anyone else dealing with this? Were you able to get a replacement or refund?
