Does anyone know of a bank that provivides all three that re isted in the tile? k Just looking for honest opinions and suggestions. NO US Bank

Like many others here, I’ve had to deal recently with VZ CS directly. I was staying my account wasn’t paid <it was and I have the transaction to prove it) After some back and forth I was told it would be back on in less than an hour. Perfect, 25 minutes goes buy and back on the network. however 10 min after that, I’ve been taken off network completely. (Keeping mind I’m running an iPhone, iPad, and MacBook Pro)

So I called CS again, and we went round and around, they tried resetting some stuff and it wouldn’t work so she basically said “I’m sorry I can’t do anymore to help you wtf mate?

And last but not least, I can no longer access my bill online to see my bill. It states I need to be an administrator to do this. Administrator??It’s my account. Geeeeeeesh. Venting over.

Okay I hadan iPhone with two lines, and thats it. Long story short, after walking into a VZ store for some service, I walked out with an iPad, new Phone, 2 lnes and a watch. When I got the bill I was shocks as it was nothing I talked about with the agent. I've gone back and forth to help with no avail, when I call VZ when I get home from work they're "closed for the day" (To give you an example I was paying $175 before last bill was close to $600)- any i dea what the heck could hvae cost this? I paid the bill just to keep service. Oh! The best one, the 2nd SIM I pay for, doesn't even work. I would't even know where to begin but I have something in my back popcket. If I don't get some kind of service by the end of the week, I' going on air in from of 3,000,000 people and telling them what a joke VZ is and walk them through what happened to me. Let them decide for themselves. (VZ if you're reading this, pvt me I'll send you my name and the television number in what market to watch. I have no plans to ask for. interviews bc all your employees lie. So far we have 17 ppl who can't wait to get in front of of the camera and say the same or similar thing happened to them) I,m not out to embarass VZ, and I hope it gets resolved before this has to happen, but if not...I'll tell you where you can tune in. For whatever reason, the file that my EIN is in requires a password to open it. Of course, I do not have the pasword. I called the IRS and they were always too busy to take my call and hung up. This went on for a couple of weeks. Finally, I decided to just crease a new one. I went through the process and what do you know: unable to create an EIN at this time. Tried again. Same result. Tried again changing some of the answers. Same results. So, I called IRS again and was hung up on in about 5 min. This is *extremely* frustrating. Anyone else been through something like this? Any advice? All suggestions welcome.
