Can someone tell me what to do for constipation?
I currently live in hostel bad food have very bad intake of fibre idk what to do I took some laxatives but it genuinely fucked up my stomach maybe because I took too much or too little i tried paylum husk and it fucked up too now I'm crying on my bed genuinely questioning my life choices people on reddit are saying prune juice PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me what to do if prune juice then which brand prune juice should I take?
