Is the making of bonsai trees not considered an art?

I was reading this https://www.reddit.com/r/NianticWayfarer/s/xrHZgY0pLK and people keep saying anything pre ER2 which means form what I understand anything more than 80 years old. Could I use that as a reasoning for something from a different country of a similar age and design?

If you are having the bug where you are unable to join a raid the solution is to reinstall. Refreshing game data, restarting your phone, signing out and signing in again and relaunching the app all do not work. The only solution is to reinstall. Maybe it is just concentrated misfortune and not as common as it seemed in my local area globally however there were a few including me who all had the bug.
