Matee im fkin tired too go behind this shit, i order this bag on 8th may and it was accepted, also told us too wait 24min after 30 min they cancelled it. After that i see the refund will be on 12th may then it became 15th may, today on 16th may i checked and saw the refund already happened but when i check transaction there is no amount have been received from them.. And when i tried the contact them the fkin ai thing (its so annoying) it keeps saying the same thing over again and again. When i click refund option it says initiated to 15th may. LIKE TF its 16th now. Im posting this to see anyone have gotten the same issue.
