I think everyone is aware, and surely riot must be too (even despite how incompetent they are) that this champ was a failure by all metrics and needs a complete redesign. How long has this taken with other champs historically, and when can we expect it to be done for mell?

Right now it would probably be Mell, but factoring in the entire history of league and all of riots pure incompetence, what “most hated champ of its time” stands above the rest?
