Picked up an r4 clone card off amazon and have been searching reddit and youtube and am fed up with all the different opinions on setting them up. The provided SD came preinstalled with a pretty lack luster kernel UI I'm not sure what it is honestly, but I would like to have something that is somewhat visually appealing and fast (preferably allows me to customize UI, and want to know what the best is and what the best process is to set up a card like this in current year. I would be grateful for any help.
