I am suggesting a major overhaul for War Thunder Mobile to bring it closer to the depth of the PC version, starting with the introduction of Ground Realistic and Planes Realistic modes. While Naval should remain Arcade to keep the player base active, Ground and Air need modes without markers and lead indicators to reward skill and tactical positioning. To support this, I am also proposing an expansion of the Replay System to include a Free Camera mode, allowing players to detach from fixed views to study map positioning and create high-quality community content.

The top-tier Ground Realistic meta needs a specific "Modern Strike" roster to replace the current lineup. I suggest adding the Su-27 and the Swedish "Dorito" (Saab Draken/Viggen) as heavy and light bombers, balanced by dedicated interceptors like the F-20A Tigershark, MiG-21, and the RAF F-4 Phantom with gunpods.

To allow for actual missile tactics and dogfights, the air battle timer in Ground matches must be increased to at least 4 minutes. Furthermore, the Su-25 and Hawk 200 should be removed from top-tier rotation to streamline the experience, though the A-10 should remain for its unique role.

These features together would elevate War Thunder Mobile from a casual spin-off to a serious competitive title. By focusing on realistic mechanics and a more sophisticated air-to-ground ecosystem, the game can offer the high-stakes experience that veterans of the franchise expect while maintaining performance and storage efficiency on mobile devices.

So from my EXPERIENCE some shells over-pen me. Who knows why? Maybe jackpot bias, may not be jackpot bias. Like i get it if you kill a 2A4, but how do you over pen a knock-off british leopard???

Phase 1 establishes the foundational "Fighter vs. Bomber" meta and hardcore realism by introducing Ground Realistic Battles with unlimited air time and a Spawn Point system for the player's own aircraft, alongside Lineup-based Air Realistic Battles featuring realistic physics and multiple respawns, the GBT-155 (VSEL GBT 155) high-caliber howitzer, and the Tactical Nuke as a 2,500 SP reward. This phase implements the MiG-21, F-20A Tigershark (4x AAMs), and RAF F-4 Phantom (2x AAMs and gunpods) as air-superiority fighters restricted strictly to AAMs and guns, while the Su-27 (4x AGMs, 2x heatseekers) and the Swedish "Dorito" Saab 35 (2x AAMs, rockets, and a bomb) function as bombers equipped with heavy ordnance; this is balanced by the removal of the Su-25 and Hawk 200 from arcade ground rotations, the extension of arcade air phases to 4 minutes, and the addition of PC-style SAM systems like the Pantsir-S1, ITO 90M, and FlaRakRad with flares, thermal imaging for all top-tier vehicles, unrestricted free text chat, and proximity voice chat for immersive coordination. Phase 2 bridges the progression gap by copy-pasting top-tier Ground Battle assets into the permanent air tree for researchable access and introducing the F-14 and F-15 as elite interceptors for both ARB and GRB. Phase 3 expands the roster with the Su-24 and Su-25 specifically for the air tree, alongside public Offline Battles, the Abrams X, and a cinematic Replay Mode featuring free-cam, enemy POVs, and better camera angles. Phase 4 finalizes the ecosystem with the high-speed F-111 Aardvark and missile-only Sea Vixen, while introducing infantry squads with ATGMs and MANPADS, player-controlled kamikaze drones, and independent tech trees for the UK, Japan, France, Italy, and Israel. The entire roadmap is supported by the creation of "WTM.Live" for hosting user-made mods, missions, and skins with historical filters, a special April Fools event featuring the B-52H Stratofortress and Tu-95 strategic bombers, the implementation of Custom Battles for private rooms, and the addition of aerobatic smoke for all aircraft.
