Had this for around 6 months, topical solutions did nothing. Few weeks ago I started using SA patches- thought I got rid of it when it got to this stage and then it just calloused over and presented as a wart again. I’m confused cause I can’t see a ‘core’ like the black dots - I can just see like flesh?

Any advice would be appreciated!
