Advice?

im sure this is asked a lot, but is having SP multiple times a month normal? i never see figures anymore (used to when i was little) but what i experience now almost feels worse. it feels like my body is buzzing but like on the inside & it always sounds really loud like i can hear it buzzing radiating through and out of my body? last night i had it pretty bad and it was that, but also feeling like i would stop breathing for like 10 seconds and then i just felt like something was in my room but couldn’t see anything.. i can kinda move sometimes like if i keep trying really hard i can move and almost get myself out of it but then my body just like automatically tries to fall back asleep before i can fully sit up and then it just happens all over again.. it usually lasts 10+ minutes of just constantly me trying to wake up out of it and getting close but then falling back asleep and waking up to it again. it feels really scary because i’ve never heard anyone talk about these specific things happening and im not sure if it’s stress or something medically wrong? sorry if this all sounds dumb but im just tired of being scared to go to sleep and im really not educated on this sort of thing🥲
