SPOILERS EP133....

Guys so in episode 133, the cowboy one, Arlan appears in the roadhouse bar, i know he was in the black sea and that chip and gill released him or smth but I don't understand how he got out and is now in the west. Can someone please explain, or I could just go back and watch the episode but this seems faster. Thanks!
