Spider cracking under boat

Hey all I’m looking at buying this 2005 wake boat. It comes with a factory trim tab that mounts underneath and I noticed some cracks coming from wheee the tab mounts under the boat. Is this normal for a boat this age or should I run away?

72 Cheyenne factory shortbed. It has a 4.8 swapped into it and has been run but wiring needs to be completed. Body looks incredibly straight and underneath looks very clean except for some oil residue near the oil pan / trans that I think came from the oil cooler port. They installed an under bed fuel tank and the fuel lines are hooked up to the motor.

I don’t believe it needs a paint job as there is no rust on the rockers or anywhere, I believe it was repainted once at some point. Also comes with the original 350. It needs a driveshaft, truck wiring harness and engine harness finished up. Has a clean title and vin and frame match.

The seller is asking 19k. What do you think?

Looking for a transport of a non running 1970 bronco from Flower Mound, Tx to Phoenix, Az. Pick up would be in the next 7 days. It doesn’t run but it rolls fine.
