Just built a PC, it's booting to BIOS just fine, but for the life of me I cannot get it to boot to the USB with the windows 11 install.

I have:

• Rebuilt the flash drive using these instructions: https://www.pugetsystems.com/support/guides/w11-usb-macos/
• In the BIOS settings:
  • tried a variety of boot orders
  • disabled secure boot
  • enabled CSM/legacy/compatability mode
• Tried a variety of USB ports

When I get to bios, I can see a little green check next to some of the boot priority options which seem to possibly correspond to the USB being plugged in, but even when I put those first, every time I exit the bios it goes black screen then back to the BIOS.

HELP??
