do they offer 1 month? 3 months? or talagang isang buong sem ung exchange program?

2nd yr student cthm here, and sa 3rd yr namin may korean exchange student program and gusto ko talaga ma expirience learning abroad but at the same time after 3rd year is our ojt and i plan to go international as well 🥲 so idk if i should push thru the exchange student program for 3rd year or ojt abroad.. but mas priority ko mag ojt abroad kaso wala parang ang saya lang mag exchange program, for the expirience mainly.. pls tell me the pros and cons of exchange programs or if its worth ittt
