My Elder is about to die, leaving her teen daughters alone, Will child services take them away or will they be able to live alone?

I was doing an enchantacy/legacy challenge run when my founder, Alacroz, ended up dying from a failed haunting spell when his daughters were just toddler and a baby. This left Bianca alone to raise her two daughters. Cut to now that her two daughters are teens, Bianca only has one more day left before she kicks the bucket. I'm a bit worried since I heard child service take kids away when there parents die but I wasn't sure what would happen if they were both teens? I do have a back up plan on having Bianca's nephew move in the household just in case.

Will they be fine alone or will I have to bring an adult in? Is there mods that allow teen households?
