Hello, my mother keeps saying that my 6month old pup is too skinny and that I should be feeding him more cause you can see his ribs

Took him to a vet and they basically told me that he’s in great shape and that I shoudn’t worry about seeing ribs cause he’s got great muscles

Mum is not convinced and she makes me second guess so I guess I’m looking for more opinions here
