My tracking number was working just fine for days until today when I tried to track all it showed was:

Please call Customer Service at 1 888 550-6333 for assistance.

I can’t even access the tracking, only this shows up. Anyone know what this could be about?

Edit: I contacted an agent and was told it was a duplicate pin causing an error in the tracking number, but the package will still be shipped!
