am i still hacked?
on 28th april i downloaded a zip file and ran it , it had a setup in it which showed game loading and my pc was hacked i asked my friend what to do he said to reinstall windows so thats what i did i backed up some important files and data (this included some exe files which i had already used in the past not the one were hacked) and sent all those files back to my laptop after the reinstall and everything seemed fine until today when i saw one of my gmail there was a mail from microsoft that someone logged into my microsoft account in serbia (i dont use that account at all so its useless) i also noticed one more thing that my spotify account had random songs in random language which i didnt even listened to it was full of them i even changed the password from my phone but these randoms songs were keep on playing on their own i contacted spotify support and changed my email for that account and password and logged out of all the saved session
i would like to point out that there is no drop in performance there are no virus showing in windows defender i just ran a full scan and there are no unknown user who might have access to the account i check that through windows + r and netplw
these were the only 2 things that happened and tbh i am really scared am i still hacked is someone still stealing my data can someone please help me?
