New Spindle wobbles

I got a new spindle, and I'm wondering if it's user error or the spindle, but it isn't great.

It gets a lot of wobble and backspins very quickly. Instead of a round cup hook on top, its square, but I make sure the yarn is coming off of the top of the hook. I'll post an up close picture in the comments.

If you were picking music for a meeting at work...

I am hosting a meeting at work. We usually play music prior to the start of the meeting. What Deathcab song would you pick? I promised not to play anything too sad, as I don't want to bring the team down.

I am leaning towards "I will posses your heart", as I'll play the first 2 minutes tops.
