I had a lightbulb moment this morning (sometimes I'm a little slow!) - but a friend commented on how quickly my hair seems to grow. My nails also grow really quickly.

I just figured that was me (and hoped it wasn't a predictor of oncoming diabetes) and then this morning I realised that if keratosis is a condition of excess keratin/collagen production, it probably explains why my hair grows like a weed.

Does anyone else notice this or am I barking up the wrong tree here?
