Hello all

We live in a village with no gas supply. We have an oil tank in our garden.

We are having our garden landscaped and we want to place the tank to the side of our garden so that it’s out of sight. Given the space we have, we thought it best to replace it with a slimline bunded tank.

We have received the following quote and I would like some thoughts on whether this seems reasonable as it seems pretty steep to me!

Drain, remove and dispose of the old tank - £400
New bunded slimline 1250 litre tank - £1659
Service valve - £20
OFV Kit - £45
12m pipe - £75
Fittings - £46
Labour - £600

+20% VAT
