A while back ago I was messing with my google authenticator and accidentally deleted my 2fa for my account. I was on an alt at the time and had no other devices logged on there. I tried the self-recovery method it did not work. I contacted Roblox human support and they tell me that it is impossible to reactivate my account without proof. I have no passkeys, no screenshots of purchases, but I have my google account linked to my account, yet I am hit in the face with a "We don't have enough proof you own the account." Like I understand the strict policy but seriously. I find it stupid that even if you verify your Gmail on the self-recovery and click your account, it still shows the 2fa. After a while, they told "You can always make a new account." By the way, I already told them the account means a lot to me. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO SOLVE THIS SITUATION.
