Hi everyone. Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and could provide some tips or advice on how to contribute to a solution with a local regional club which is struggling for players/commitment. Local notoriety is pretty low, no wins, small comp and no juniors sides to make new senior sides and we seem to rely on the same few guys to bring in enough people to try and make up a side each year.
What makes your local club good to be a part of? Is it coaches, players, social events, support outside of games and training?
What motivates your team to show up on game day and at training
Is there anything that you have previously seen/experienced that you wish there was more of at a club level
Cheers
