The biggest reason I bought the E-M1. As expected, the fact that

didn't have to avoid the rain was appealing.

It rained that day as well, and although I was a little worried,

I was able to take photos without any issues.

Considering it was nighttime, I set the exposure to -2 steps,

but I'm not entirely satisfied with the result.

It was an opportunity to check if the linear focusing motor on my newly purchased

40-150 f 2.8 was working properly. Just then, a puppy suddenly lifted its head gently

through the window of a passing car, and I was able to get a shot during a

3 to 4-second wait at a traffic light. It was an impressive speed.
