I’ve recently moved to Abu Dhabi and I’m looking for a 1 bedroom apartment. I’ve looked at various different areas which all pros and cons however one thing I’ve noticed is the absolute no room for negotiation.

I was told to negotiate hard for rental, however no matter how many apartment managers I chat to then all hold their price. Is this just the market now? Would love to hear others thoughts.
