Idk how old ya'll are on here, and I don't mean this to be shady but if you've ever held a job a day in your life you know how oppressive companies can be. And that's not even coming close to how much power entertainment companies are.

Every move is structured, everything intentional, these are the type of people who analyze different type of fonts to figure out which is most marketable, they absolutely have incredible power over the girls.

Even if Manon did something wrong, or even if the other girls did something wrong, or even if they fought understand that it will NEVER be their fault, unless we find out that bullying/harassment took place which I do find unlikely, even if they did argue and fallout thats different from targeted bullying.

These girls are 19-23 they DO NOT have the power to kick her out, they do not have the power to advocate for her. Listen I know everyone hates the Swiftolgist but what he said in his recent video about Manon's hiatus being a terrifying reminder to the rest of the girls that if they step out of line they will be all the way out is something I agree with.

I see a lot of Manon stans acting like these girls need to pause their careers and put themselves in jeopardy to speak up for her and people need to realize that will never happen (maybe behind the scenes but even then I doubt it). The girls are very young, very in the beginning of their dream careers in an industry that is notoriously impossible to break through in. It doesn't make them bad people. We've all signed contracts in our job, we all know there are things we can't push back against, it is the same for them but on a more intense scale given how high stakes the situation is.

Manon herself is unlikely to be at fault as well. These girls in Pop star Academy were working so hard, Emily went into surgery, and she's been a life long dancer, imagine how bad it was for her to injure herself in such a way. We know they practiced day and night for Coachella.

They can not be blamed for what's going on.
