I just received my Ausom GoSoul 2 Pro (Single Motor version) today. Since I live in Germany, the scooter arrived hard-locked to 20km/h due to local regulations.
I’ve been trying to unlock it for use on private property, but I’m stuck. Here is what I’ve tried so far:
• P-Settings: I accessed the menu and changed P08 (speed limit). I tried setting it to 30, 40, and even 100, but the scooter still won't go faster than 20km/h. It seems the firmware ignores these changes.
• Support: I contacted Ausom support today, but I haven't heard back yet since it's brand new.
I know that reaching 60km/h might be tough for the single motor, but it should definitely do more than 20. Is there a specific "hidden" menu, a wire I need to cut, or a firmware flash required for the German version?
I would be very grateful if someone who knows this specific model could help me out. Thank you!
