My experience coming off Reta

Think a lot of you might relate to this post since people like myself took Reta for an event coming up.
Lost about 40lb and got down to 17% ~ body fat in 4 months in preparation for my wedding. Started on 2mg for the first 4 weeks then titrated up to 3-3.25mg. Ate 2x a day, tried to keep protein as high as possible but in reality I was hitting 80-120g a day.
2 weeks before my wedding I decided to not pin and get off Reta completely. My decision came due to me hitting my weight goal and wanting to party like a rockstar on the wedding day (Reta and alcohol do not mix). Wedding was fantastic.. had lots of fun partying with my wife.
In the coming days, I started throwing up constantly and was not able to keep any food or liquid down which led me to visit the ER 2x. The dr diganosed me with "viral induced syndrome from partying to hard." I shit you not that's exactly what the dr told me. My stomach/gi system felt horrible. I would take 1 bite of food and would not be able to eat anything for hours. Eventually the puking subsided but it felt like I had gasteoparesis. Was feeling gas in my upper abdomen and my lower abdomen was very sore from inflammation and puking. Constipation was horrible.. pedialyte advance helped me get through this hell. Cannot recommend it enough.
After a week, I regained my appetite and was able to keep food down. Also started pooping 1-3x a day which was amazing. Have lost 7 lb since this all happened and have been able to go back to the gym since. Truly think Reta did fix my metabolic system.
What I think I should've done to avoid this.
Titrated a month earlier down to 2mg, 1mg, 0.5mg then off.
In my opinion if you have Reta in your system, DO NOT TOUCH ALCOHOL.

TLDR: titrate off Reta before stopping completely and do not drink alcohol if Reta is in your system.
