Anyone know if this is coming back?
Friends had this made at the China pavilion a few weeks ago for my daughter. It's basically caramel, but it was made freehand. They had another made, and said the woman who made it was so friendly and talented. When we went last week she was gone, as a the booth. Was this just a festival exclusive?
