What is the next step we need to take after paying provisional fee [which is around a Lakh].Do we need to visit the campus and meet admission office or pay the remaining fee a bit later. What we need do to?

And also do we need to wait till the refund option opens to attain the scholarship cuzz it's been like same waitlist number forever
