We are making a lot of changes to this old kitchen. I’m open to completely taking down the cabinets and redoing them but would like to save money. We would ideally like to just replace the doors but I’m not sure what we would do about the part at the top (not sure what it’s called).

There’s also some slight damage to some of them so I’m not sure if sanding and staining or painting is an option. Any advice would be so appreciated as this is very new to us. Thank you in advance!

I’m approximately 9 days post ovulation (I didn’t confirm ovulation through BBT but had a positive ovulation test and other signs last Friday). I cannot stop thinking about taking a pregnancy test but I think it’s better to wait enough time until I get a definitive answer. I was planning to wait until this Friday to test but it’s SO hard to wait. How do you do it? Any advice? This is our first cycle trying for a baby and if I’m feeling like this now, I don’t know how I’ll manage if it takes a few cycles (or more) for it to happen. Any advice is appreciated.

I am also open to hearing why I can/should take a test haha.
