im new with centrelink and i dont know my rights or know how to navigate my issue
i just went to an office today and wanted to lodge a su415 but the issue is, im a minor and i dont have much access to documents nor know about my mums history with centrelink,,
im 16, turning 17 and i deal with a lot of chronic and mental issues. i tried to lodge my su415 today but it ended up with me basically explaining my mums neglience and suspicion of her misuing the funds thats supposed to be for supporting me (centrelink, single parent smth..) but because i live depedantly they said i cant get direct payment and/or it may go thru my mum.. i dont remember much. i get a call from a social worker tmrw regarding this but im really left in the dark regarding my rights and what to expect.. :(
any tips, advice or answers works i rlly need a payment to support my health and working rn makes my symptoms so much worse
