Teenager phase biting

Greetings! I have had my toy poodle pup since february. She just turned 6 months and I feel like her teenage phase has started 😭. Before, she was still a bitey puppy. We always do hourly naps, I try to avoid her being too overly stimulated, redirecting with treats etc. And the treats thing actually worked because instead of biting our feet she stays calm now because we always give her rewards when she just lays besides us insyead of biting...sooo her not biting so much probably just lasted for abaout a week (🥹)

I knew the adolescent phase was coming and honestly expected it...after i got back from a trip of 2 days, when I saw her again she was extra bitey (it's like she's always tired kind-of-bitey and won't stop) I will try to avoid overstimulating games but sometimes I get into it as well cuz it's all she wants to play (jumping around, plating with feet, etc) I don't want to reinforce the biting again and all the training wasted..she also made potty mistakes outiside of her playpen which she didn't do previously.

Do you have any tips for this? (especially the biting thing, i was so happy when she didn't bite anymore) [Send help] *screams internally

Color season and facial feature intensity

Is it possible for someone to--for example be a bright season but their facial features are low visual weight, thus making their bright color suit their skintone but too intense for their soft but high contrast features and vice versa? What do you think about this?
