Does anyone have experience with Kaiser Single Case Agreements?

So I know everyone says they’re impossible now but I’m leaving Grow Therapy (yay!) and I told a therapy client I would consider a Single Case Agreement with Kaiser NorCal for ongoing therapy. It was approved almost immediately, which surprised both me and client. It’s been about a week since this was authorized and Kaiser has mailed me some materials but none of them have included reimbursement rates. It’s all really vague, stating that I’ll be reimbursed whatever is standard and customary for in network in the region. Does anyone have experience with SCAs and Kaiser or SCAs with other insurance companies? I’m going to give it another week to see if they send more info about rates but I cannot agree to this without rate transparency. The wording is such that it makes it seem like rate negotiation is not a thing, either I accept it or I don’t. I’ve also heard stories of Kaiser not reimbursing these so now I’m also just concerned this may not be worth it. I do believe it is in the best interest of the client to stick with me. Their case is complex and we are making progress, however I don’t want to cause a huge headache for myself.
