High BG, meet my elliptical

I was a bit late on my bolus for dinner. I got on the elliptical at 8:52 PM. That took care of it darn fast.

NA before noon?

When I drank alcohol, I would never before noon. Now that I’m NA, I still stick to that for some reason. Also, when working from home, I *could* have an NA beer during the workday, but I don’t. Curious - how do others here handle this?
