Ridiculous reviews

What are the most ridiculous reasons you got negative reviews?

Just recently we got couple of bad reviews form a lady because she was upset that we were not serving her coffee in her own cup. She came several days in row and every time she was told that we are not allowed to it, since it is our boss’ rule. After fourth day she started to post reviews on different platforms about her bad experience and saying things that didn’t really happen. I was so surprised, but my colleagues said it is common and that they experienced worse. What is your experience?

Eye creams

What are some eye creams that you’d swear by?

I’m having dark circles, nothing seems to help actually.

I’m using Garnier‘s Vit C eye cream and Dermacol‘s retinol eye cream.

Light moisturiser

Do you have any suggestions for a light face moisturiser from DM? It doesn’t have to necessarily be with spf, since I have a separate spf cream that I use after applying moisturiser. I’m currently using products from Ziaja, but I found them really heavy and not suitable for my clogged-pores prone skin. Thank you!

Edit: I’m also opened for suggestions not from DM, it is just convenience at the moment.

[TOMT][SONG] looking for a song titled I don’t know.

Song title: I don’t know

Some lyrics that I can recall: … and doctors say I don’t know…
chorus: and I know and I know and I know that I can’t live without you (not 100% sure).
Videoclip setting: psychiatric hospital with female patients and male caregivers, at some point their roles reverse. Patients become caregivers and vice versa with the main singer (brown, longer hair, possibly with glasses) being in a straightjacket. I recall that female patients are dresses funky, party like style.

- most likely it is a band,
- released early/mid 2010s,
- genre: indie rock, rock.

I’m looking for this song for years already, didn’t have any luck with ChatGPT either.
