I'm starting to get really frustrated with my 07 ford focus (standard trim). I've taken it to get looked at three separate times, each time the mechanics claimed there were no noticeable transmission issues. However, my car often struggle to climb hills, struggles to swap gears when accelerating, and makes noticeable noise when shifting. I was hoping for someone to help me feel like I'm not crazy, as I want to tackle this issue before it gets any worse. Attached is a video of the most recent episode, the "crunching snow" sound is my car shifting between gears. The phone shaking is a result of my car lurching when shifting gears.

I'm getting conflicting results, some say turkey vulture some say bald eagle, don't want to violate any federal laws so ID help would be great! Its about 10.5 inches in length.
