Hiring Sales Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Inside Sales Executive /Lead Generator to drive top-of-funnel growth for Moder’s technology solutions in the US BFSI domain.

This role requires strong experience engaging senior decision-makers—including CXOs, CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, VPs, and Directors—to generate qualified leads, book appointment, and build a healthy sales pipeline for our technology offerings.

Key Responsibilities

●Lead Generation & Prospecting

》Identify, research, and target high-potential BFSI accounts across the US market.

》Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and intent-based prospecting.

》Build and maintain a strong database of prospects and key decision-makers.

●CXO-Level Engagement

》Engage with senior executives (C-level, VP-level) to drive interest in Moder's technology solutions/services.

》Conduct compelling value-based conversations to articulate our offerings and establish relevance.

●Appointment & Meeting Management

》Schedule high-quality meetings/calls, for the sales leadership team.

》Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for meetings, qualified opportunities, and pipeline contribution.

●Sales Collaboration

》Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Solution teams to refine messaging and improve conversion.

》Provide insights on industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.

●Pipeline & CRM Management

》Maintain accurate lead activity, call notes, and opportunity updates in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce).

》Track KPIs: outreach volumes, conversation ratios, SQL/SAO conversion, and revenue influence.

Required Skills & Experience

-Minimum 3 years of inside sales or business development experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions.

-Proven experience targeting the US BFSI sector is strongly preferred.

-Demonstrated ability to pitch to and secure meetings with CXOs and senior decision-makers.

-Excellent communication, written articulation, and consultative selling skills.

-Strong understanding of BFSI challenges, digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, or similar tech domains.

-Experience with outreach tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.

-Comfortable working US time zones.
