DIM, De-influence me: Being a TL for 38k—is the stress really worth it?

I’m looking for some brutal honesty here. Senior High School Graduate only. I’m currently a confirmed Team Lead (promoted after 4 months as agent, 2 months as SME, and 8 months as TL trainee) and I've handled five batches of agents so far.

My basic salary was appraised from 17k to 38k, but I’m questioning the real value of this role. When you factor in the constant pressure of escalations, the emotional toll of attrition, and the never-ending daily drama of managing a team, the 38k feels like it’s barely covering the mental health cost.

Is this role even worth the price, or is the "salary jump" just a trap that ignores the burnout factor? I’m looking for reasons why this position might be considered a bad deal regardless of the pay bump. De-influence me—tell me why staying in this role for this salary is not worth it.

MAXIMUM 88 IS AN MLM PYRAMID SCHEME SCAM AND STUDENTS AROUND CEBU ARE FALLING FOR IT, A SHIT TON OF THEM!

I feel so disgusted and angry right now. Long story short i was one of those students who were recruited. and good thing i saw redflags and said nope, this is a scam.
first they make you go to a cafe where it feels professional and you will meet people from the company whos lives were changed because of it and how they had to borrow or loan for the required payment just to enter. the recruiter or “coach” as you may call them will show you pictures and videos of how much they earn and even the newbies having checks despite being 3 days in. its soooo disgusting cause they recruit so many students, and they are fvcking proud of it. i would like to expand on more of the usual tactics that they do but im hoping some people here can share theirs. i find it so funny lang because we took hours of talking because i kept on hinting that isnt this basically a get rich fast type of thing and they would find ways to sugarcoat everything and make it shiny somehow to convince you, please share some experiences guys i really hope i can forward this to a police but what is a student like me versus a scamming money hungry company.

Is 14K basic small?

Is it just me, or is a 14k basic salary pretty low? I don't have BPO experience yet, but I’ve heard from friends that a lot of companies offer way more than that for newbies.

NEED HELP!

I received my Job Offer as a newbie, but I have sum questions especially to ppl in Concentrix.

Hi, I'm a newbie and I just received my Job Offer from CNZ this 11 am, the deadline was 2pm. (Writing this post at 3pm.)

I just checked my email during 1pm because I was out processing some papers, and the Job Offer had a deadline of 2pm. So I rushed everything, though I was still being careful.

I passed every form completely except one, the longest one they sent - the background check form. I've only filled out up to the 3rd page and honestly didnt write my reference persons yet --- So, to cut the long story short; I sent a very incomplete background checking form. I emailed the one who sent my JO email and told them abt the exact problem.

What can I expect? Should I look for another Job or can I reapply?

The offer was also kind of satisfactory for me (more than 20k with the allowances).

Please need advice.

no experience, would like to start asap. voice account preferred. thank you!
