Not dating-related ni. Does anyone here have B+ blood type, or know someone who is B+? Badly needed lang jud. My cousin is currently admitted at Chong Hua Hospital and is in need of a platelet donor due to dengue.
If you know someone who is willing and eligible to donate, kindly message me. Please DM me if you can help. Thank you so much! 🙏🏻❤️
Hello guys! I just recently had my initial interview with Cognizant. It was just a basic interview with questions like where I live, my salary expectations, and my highest educational attainment.
I’m a fresh grad with no BPO experience, by the way. The recruiter asked me what position I was applying for, and I answered that I was looking for a CSR healthcare account, if available. Then she asked about my salary expectations. At first, I just mentioned that I was open to the company’s standard salary range, but she insisted that I provide a salary range, so I answered, “Maybe around 22k–25k.”
Then, an hour later, they emailed me saying that they would not be moving forward with my application because “the role requires a closer match to specific qualifications,” which means I didn’t pass the initial interview.
I’m just wondering why I didn’t pass the initial interview. 😭 Does their healthcare account require BPO experience? Or did I give a salary expectation that was too high?
Please recommend some place near IT park or in Lahug, preferably those who takes male renters most of the place i visited were only taking females😭

Hello there! Currently working in a BPO company here in Tacloban and been residing here. But I'm aiming to land a job opportunity there sa Cebu. I just want to expand my horizon and work experience and what it is like working in a different environment.
I've been working in a healthcare account for more than 2yrs already and really wanted to resign. Pero nagdadalawang isip at nag ooverthink na baka hindi ako agad makahanap ng work once I resigned.
I tried sending an application to Optum, TDCX, JP Morgan, etc in indeed and jobstreet. But haven't received any callback yet from one of them or they prefer a candidate already residing there in Cebu.
I already have enough savings to move out there, but I wanted to secure a job offer first before moving there. Are there other companies there that you know that have a full online hiring process? Any thoughts and recommendations?
I'm either aiming for a bpo or a non-bpo company, but most likely I'll be more employable in BPO since I already have 2yrs work experience, especially in a healthcare account. And I'm a BS Management graduate btw hehe.
I just have a few questions and i hope someone can answer. I don't have any experience that's why i have so many questions. Allied med graduate.
What's the basic salary if no experience unya health account?

Just wanna ask if naa bay student ni apply sa callcenter while ga sugod na ang klase. I'm one of those student man gyud nga ni apply sa callcenter then nakapassar, nya good for training na. Ang ako lang concern is ang training sched namo is mag change-change either 8AM-5PM or 4PM-11 PM or 9:00PM to 6 AM. Akong sched sa klase is 4:00PM to 9:30.
Naa bay possible nga ang training is fixed schedule sa graveyard.😭 Gi unsa ninyog continue sa training bisag conflict sa study sched ninyo 😭 abi man gyud nakog fixed graveyard ang training so mao to. Nya lisud man mo resign during training kay naa nakay record tas ma apektohan imo pag apply sa other company if ever. Now na mi mag sign for contract then IDK if mo go ba ko, basig ma conflict ang training sched sa pag skwela nako😭 hope someone can help me po😭😭😭 I just really need this job

TDCX Cebu – is honestly walay lami.
Grabe kaayo ka-taas ang hiring process, only for them to find ways to fail people during training and NOT endorse them to production. And the reason? “Overstaffed.” 🤡
So why the hell did you continue hiring people in the first place? Why waste applicants’ time, effort, and money going through your ridiculously long hiring process, training, assessments, and everything else, only to suddenly decide that you have too many people?
If overstaffing was already an issue, then maybe you should’ve figured that shit out BEFORE hiring and training more people.
Imagine spending weeks going through the whole process, doing everything expected of you during training, only to get told you’re not being endorsed because apparently the company hired more people than they actually needed. That’s not a “performance issue.” That’s your shitty manpower planning.
TDCX Cebu, seriously needs to do better. Stop wasting people’s fucking time just because your recruitment and workforce planning can’t get their shit together.
Panirado nalang mo. At least people will know not to waste their time applying. 🤡

TDCX Cebu - what a waste of time and effort
Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with how TDCX Cebu handled the hiring and training process.
We spent hours completing assessments, going through interviews, requirements, and even the extremely tedious WAH validation process. We invested our time, money, effort, and energy because we were led to believe that there was an actual opportunity waiting for us.
Then suddenly, an entire wave of people were purposely failed during training because TDCX needs to reprofile their existing regular employees from Project Home after the account closed?
Ang grabe ka kuti sa process, and applicants had to spend their own time and resources just to comply with everything. Some of us could have spent that time applying to other companies and pursuing opportunities that were actually available.
Nangita na lang unta mi’g laing opportunity.
And honestly, if the reason is really that the account became overstaffed, that’s something that should have been communicated properly. Applicants deserve transparency. People shouldn’t have to go through the entire recruitment process, get hired, start training, and then suddenly be told they did not pass when in fact they simply need to reprofile their other employees.
Murag sayang kaayo tanan.
Merisi nag-close na inyong Project Home. Maayo unta mag-close na pud na inyong Project Fruit.
TDCX really needs to do better when it comes to recruitment planning and communication. Don’t advertise massive hiring if you don’t actually have enough available positions for the people you’re bringing in.
You didn’t just waste our time, you potentially made us miss other job opportunities because we were committing to your process.
And then people wonder why there are so many negative reviews and feedback online.
Applicants deserve better communication, transparency, and respect for their time. 🙂
