I can't do it anymore. Clients are pissed.
I had a client who was upset today because the communications through wix and the booking and website are terrible. I've had other clients say they are having trouble booking. Some are fine. I can't see what they see so I can't really help. No other platform has given me this kind of trouble.
I need to migrate. I am not tech savvy at all. I am just a voice teacher trying to run a business. Wix was the company that had everything I needed: client booking, website building that doesn't require code, events, taking payments.
But it's not doing a terribly good job and half of my time is spent tracking down clients who aren't booking because they're having trouble.
I don't have the capacity for this anymore. I can't afford something crazy expensive, but I also can't afford the time to learn coding and more difficult platforms. Any help finding alternatives would be greatly appreciated.
Edit: Don't DM me with your AI written "Hey, I saw your post and I completely get it" request that I check out your business that solves my exact problem. I don't do that to people in singing groups who are having issues with singing. I help them out in the chat.
