Struggling with 4 week turkeys dying spontaneously, help/advice on vaccines

Hello! Coming here for help since our babies keep falling off one by one, after no signs of sickness. The only thing off with them is that they have diarrhea, but they arent acting any differently. We keep them under a light but with plent of room to get away from it, Ive seen it could be Coccidiosis, but just checking here in case.

I have heard they need vaccines but have no idea where to go to get them, and cant find any vaccines for sale. If anyone has any sources I'd love to know!

Is there a good way to prepare a spot fit for seeding in time before June? Bought several different native plant seeds (including this large bag of seeds which im using as a photo)

I hope I'm using the right tag for this..! But hello, I live in OK and I have 2 acres of land with very sandy soil, alll covered in a variety of grasses but nothing like bermuda or other aggressive species.. Hoping to add some wildflower cover to it as we're sorely lacking any flowers! Is there a preferred method of getting rid of weeds in roughly a 30x30 foot area? I've heard its not good to till deeply, can I simply roughly rake an area or should it be fully clear of grasses and weeds first?

I have no idea how to identify bugs this small and unsure if they are the cause of the damage but they're all I see, any ideas? I live in Oklahoma and have had this tree a couple months. Thank you!
