I went to the campus today to fulfill the admission formalities for my seat (which I got through kcet). During the document submission, they took my orginal 10th and 12th markcards and one photocopy set, and gave me an acknowledgement slip. Is that a normal procedure to keep our original docs?

After I entered the otp in 2nd step it straight up took me to the home page, basically skipped the face verification window itself. I was able to enter the options properly and all but should I be concerned tho?
