this was in 2020. i completed my 10th. corona hit just then. started using instagram. there was this one guy who was 2 years older to me. started talking to him, canon event ig🥲
he actually had a break up and told me all the story about it, saw his photos and her photos too. we were just friendly. he hasn't moved on completely he said. still bro had me thinking about him, well he was sweet and all then. after some days, he casually started ignoring me. like coming up with reasons and late replies and all. then he was gone for days and used to text very occasionally.
then here comes the tea 😭 earlier when we were talking, he went out with his friends and sent me photos of him along with his friends.
then one day after we stopped talking everyday, i got a request from an account that was just made, I was so dumb i must say. i replied and that guy talked so casually and the name thing 😭😭 let's say the first guy's name is xyz, then this guy comes up and says his name is x(which is like nickname out of that name xyz) then he purposely sent photos of him.i saw him earlier in the photos which i mentioned above. dumb me didn't guess it by name, asked him if he knows xyz person. he was like, yeah that's my friend. and then he goes like , oh u know him, and also that XYZ told this guy about me in a very good way and that XYZ has been having some problems personally and that he broke his phone too😭 I believed all of that. he said that XYZ likes me and is intending to tell me one day.
then it's done and one day after everything I saw the original acc of x, and his name was something else. i was- (the realisation)
the two guys were same 😭😭😭 then this XYZ actually used to text me occasionally from his main acc too. dumb me, believed all of it. one day he said he wants to talk to me over a call, parents phone, still i somehow dared and managed to. he didn't talk and said he would call later sometime. that night, had some serious talk, bro was like ik u like me but I'm not a good person and all. never talked again.
