Its been a week that i've applied to this new job and we are still in training, there's a girl in training with me thats 4 years older than me that I have a crush on her ever since the first day of training, she looks and sounds pretty sweet and my eyes never leave her. My problem is I don't know how to approach her, ive only had friendly chats with her for the past week but that's it, nothing serious. I feel like stuck at my place not knowing how to take it further more. I'll appreciate your take on how can i approach her better.
