The Airy Delight was a tasty success!

Found this in one of the old Community cookbooks I posted the other day, and as promised, I put it to the test. I wasn't sure at first as the combination of Oreo cookies, lime, and mint, all had me a bit nervous. In the end, it was a wildly delicious success. Almost came off like a mint chocolate chip ice cream, just minus the ice part. I will definitely make this again, and maybe even try to give it a few upgrades. Notably, I would use more Oreos in the bottom layer, and maybe a little bit more sprinkled on top.

Let's Get Cooking! Silverdale Elementary School. [Full PDF link in comments]

Having been inspired by a couple other members of this sub, I have decided to start digitizing my collection of old community cookbooks as well. It turned out to be super easy, and maybe this will continue to inspire others to do the same, and preserve these unique little treasures.

Best place for ear piercing, for my 12 year old daughter?

I want to avoid someplace like Claire's or the stands in the malls. What places in town could you reccomend that accept kids for ear piercing? These will be her first ones.

Thanks for the incoming recommendations!

Liquor Store with No Public Bathroom- Twice this customer came in saying it was an "emergency". We let her use it both times, and after the last time, she was kindly told we cannot keep doing this and she needs to make other plans. She blamed it on her work. Husband was not even there.
