transcript failure if i generate on desktop?
I'm loving the device overall, but it seems like i'm having some issues with the desktop and i'm not sure if this is something others have run into (i'm on a relatively new Lenovo thinkpad W11 laptop).
When i use the physical device to record, then sync, then generate - no issues
When i do a meeting recording on my laptop using the desktop app, many times there is no recording after. It says i have a 1 hour recording, but then i go to play it or review it, it states that the only audio of the entire call is "Thanks for watching!" -- and that same statement shows on every failed transcript/generation. i'm not positive, but it seems like the failure happens more when i click "generate" from my desktop app after a meeting finishes, and happens less if i don't click that at all, go to the website, and generate from there after upload - that last part i'm still researching and might not be fully accurate.
Is this something others have run into?
