Yeezy Stuff Lost
Hey guys, Im in a bit of a dilemma, so long story short, four of my orders from January were recently delivered but not to my address (even though i had put the correct address) and were instead delivered two houses away from me, now because they were really close to me i decide to go to confront them only to be told they had already dropped it to the nearest post office (Auspost) . Now because my parcels were delivered from a totally different courier (AMS), they weren't fully able to help but I was able to retrieve 1/4 parcels from them however when i asked about the other three parcels missing they were confused and said that they only recieved 1. And now we are here, should i confront the person again who's address the parcel went too or should I just directly contact support and ask for a refund. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
